How It Works

1. Submit Your Request Below
   Tell us your vision — include your design, logo, or image.
   If you don’t have one, please describe in detail what you’re looking for and include pictures or links to similar items that capture your idea. The more detail, the better.

2. $50 Design Deposit
   A $50 upfront cost is required to begin your design process. This amount will be applied toward your final order total once your design is approved.
   If you choose not to move forward with your order after design completion, the $50 deposit will not be refunded.
   Please note that additional costs may apply depending on design complexity, materials, and customization level.

3. Review & Quote
   We’ll review your request, confirm what’s possible, and send you a quote or follow-up for clarification.

4. Payment & Processing
   Before production can begin, payment for the custom order must be paid in full.
   Because each piece is made specifically for you, custom orders cannot be refunded or exchanged once production has started.

5. Copyright & Brand Integrity
   If your custom request includes a logo or image belonging to a business, organization, or entity, you must be the owner of that business or have written authorization to use it.
   By submitting your design, you grant Maverson Design full rights to reproduce and use the design solely for the purpose of creating your custom piece.
   We take brand integrity seriously — every design we produce must align with our mission, values, and legal standards.

6. Design & Approval
   You’ll receive a mockup to approve before any production begins.

7. Production & Delivery
   Once approved, your item is handcrafted, packed, and shipped with purpose — right here in the USA.

Turnaround Time

Because every piece is custom, please allow up to 3 months for design and production.
Each project is made by hand and handled with care — no shortcuts, no mass production.
Design complexity and material selection may affect total cost and production time.
