Shipping & Returns
Shipping
Each item is carefully made to order to ensure the highest quality and attention to detail. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships. Standard shipping is available on all orders.
Prefer to pick up locally? Local pickup is available for select items — just contact us directly to get it set up.
Custom Orders
Custom pieces are produced specifically for you. Once production has started, custom orders cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.
Shipping or pickup timelines for custom orders may vary depending on the design, production schedule, and order volume. You will receive tracking information once your item has shipped or is ready for pickup.
Returns
At Maverson Design, every piece is made with purpose — because when you wear it, you wear your story. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for eligible, non-custom items.
Returned products must be:
- New, unworn, and unwashed
- Have all original tags attached
- Free of pet hair, debris, stains, or damage
To request a return, please email maversondesign@gmail.com with your order number and item details before sending anything back. Our team will review your request and provide next steps.

- Made-to-order and custom items are final sale once production has begun.
- These items are not eligible for return or exchange due to the custom nature of the production process.
